Sunshine in a capsule

Around 30% of adults in Germany are deficient in vitamin D3, which is often because we don't spend enough time outdoors and are not exposed to enough sunlight due to work, lifestyle or weather conditions. With our vitamin D3 capsules with a three-day dose of 140 µg or 5600 IU, you can optimally supply your body with the so-called "sunshine vitamin" and charge your body with sunshine power - with just one capsule every three days.

Keep in mind:An optimal supply of your body with important nutrients is an essential basis for your high performance.

Easy way to load sunshine power

In order to produce enough vitamin D3, your body needs enough sun. It sounds simple at first, but it isn't always. Many of us spend most of our daily sunshine hours indoors due to our jobs, everyday life, and activities such as regular gym sessions. In addition, sunlight in our latitudes is usually only sufficient from spring to the end of summer to provide your body with enough vitamin D3. But how much is enough vitamin D3? According to the DGE recommendation, an adult should take in a minimum of 20 µg/day if the body does not synthesize it itself 5 . According to the EFSA, an appropriate daily maximum amount is 100 µg/day 6 . With the dosage of our vitamin D3 of 140 µg = 5600 IU per capsule, you can easily take one capsule every third day and be optimally supplied.

Valuable D3 support

Similar to the sun itself, the so-called "sun vitamin" D3 has great power and importance - especially through its versatile support for your body. A very important task of vitamin D3 is the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. 7 The vitamin contributes to a normal calcium level in the blood 8 and to the maintenance of normal bones. 1 Vitamin D3 also supports your muscle function 2 , the maintenance of normal teeth 9 and supports your immune system. 3

Good to know:We recommend that you take vitamin K2 in addition to D3, because this combination allows your body to utilize calcium better.
